The service

Mod Console is a hosted moderation desk for Discord communities. It drafts weekly plans, tags, questions of the day, and briefings for your review, and posts only what your moderators approve. Plans are billed per server per month, except the Network plan, which covers up to three servers for one flat price.

Trials

Every plan begins with a 14-day free trial that requires no payment method. One trial server per plan. When the trial ends, the full schedule pauses until you choose a plan. Your settings and drafts are kept and carry over if you subscribe later.

Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly in USD through Polar, our merchant of record. By subscribing you agree to Polar’s checkout terms as well as these. Prices are exclusive of any taxes Polar is required to collect.

Cancellation

You can cancel anytime from the billing page in the console. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep full access until then. There are no refunds for partial months.

Your responsibilities

• You must have the right to add a bot to the Discord server you connect, and to grant the permissions it asks for.
• You are responsible for what you approve. The console drafts; your moderators publish. Review the queue.
• Do not use the service to harass, spam, or break Discord’s Terms of Service or Community Guidelines. We may suspend accounts that do.

Fair use

Plan limits (draft counts, mod seats, server counts) are stated on the pricing page and enforced in the console. If you consistently need more, we will ask you to move to the plan that fits rather than cutting you off mid-week.

Availability

We aim for the console and its posting schedule to run continuously, and we monitor them. Scheduled posts depend on Discord’s API being reachable; if Discord is down, the queue waits and resumes.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service grows. Material changes will be noted here and, for active customers, in the console before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated terms.
