What we collect

Mod Console collects the minimum needed to run your server’s mod desk:

• Account details. Your Discord user ID and the roles that grant console access, verified through Discord OAuth at sign in.
• Server configuration. The themes, tags, schedules, lore entries, and guardrails you enter into the console.
• Trial signups. The Discord username, server name, size range, and notes you submit on our trial form.
• Billing details. Payment is processed by Polar, our merchant of record. We never see or store your card number; Polar shares your email and subscription status with us so we can keep your plan active.

What we do with it

Your data runs your console: generating drafts, posting on your schedule, and keeping your account working. We do not sell personal information, we do not share it with advertisers, and we do not train shared models on your server’s content.

Discord data

The bot reads only the channels it posts in, and only what it needs to do its job. It does not read direct messages, and it never changes roles, bans, or server settings.

Retention and deletion

We keep your configuration while your account is active. If you cancel and ask us to delete your data, we delete it, including trial signup records, within 30 days. Email privacy@modconsole.app from the address on your account to request deletion.

Cookies

The marketing site sets no tracking cookies. The console uses a single signed session cookie to keep you signed in; it expires after 12 hours.

Changes

If this policy changes in a way that matters, we will note it here and, for active customers, in the console before it takes effect.
